Originally a private hotel spanning two small lots. NTA redeveloped this site into 2 unique dwellings. Despite the lot size being only 150sqm, each dwelling accommodates 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, tandem garaging and a pool. Given the beach side location and tight site, materials were selected for speed of construction and longevity. The 3/4 storey precast walls were erected in a day and the zinc sheeting to the top floor requires no long term maintenance.
