Faraday Avenue Terraces are a collection of 4 terraces in Rose Bay. Originally a single house on a large corner lot, NTA achieved an excellent development outcome on a tight site. All terraces have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a tandem garage. Construction was kept simple to achieve the tight development budget on the build.
