NTAs first development and construction project. The site was originally purchase from another developer that had failed to achieve approval of his project through Waverley Council. Despite the efforts of problematic neighbours, this was approved through Land and Environment Court and constructed on a tight budget of $800,000. Designed to keep with the scale of the existing single storey interwar bungalows at the street, it exploited the fall in the topography to the rear to achieve a second storey. It incorporates an internal light well to act as a seperating element between the front and rear forms and to allow the built form to be pushed to the side boundaries.
